Running nping from inside a view

Hi all,

Thank in advance for your assistence.

I have a view that lists server name and ip address, i want to run notes ping or similar to generate a third column in the view with an automated success or failure response.

This will be used to check all of our servers to confirm they are up (these arent domino servers but citrix and w2k3)

how do i go about that.

Copy the vb code into a script library or whatever and tweak it to you liking

thanks for your response John.

I am still no nearer getting this to work, i can’t seem to get the VB script to work (would i add this to the view or to the form?)

any help appreciated
