Client is 6.5, server is 6.5.1. Local mail rule says "when To or CC does not contain myname@domain.com, then don’t accept message."I am not getting internet or internal mail when this rule is enabled. What’s wrong with rules in Domino?

If you look at the SendTo value on internal emails, it probably doesn’t have the address in the format myname@domain.com. It’s probably in the format CN=My Name/OU=XXX/O=YYY@YYY. I’m not sure why the internet emails wouldn’t get delivered, but take a look at the SendTo fields on those, also.
Using a rule like you’ve describe wouldn’t deliver emails to you where you are blindcopied and emails that are sent to groups of which you are a member. It’s seems pretty restrictive.
