Hi, i’m curious how does one properly enter in rules for Lotus Notes v8.0? I’ve tried to set up rules for when a email arrives from a particular person that it’s directed to a folder that I’ve created within my inbox but for some reason it’s not working. I’ve tried doing it as an exception I’ve tried doing it as an condition. I even created a folder with my name, created a rule with my name when mail arrives and it’s still not working properly.
This rule is: ON
Create: EXCEPTION
Sender is MY NAME
Specify Actions: MOVE TO FOLDER “MY FOLDER”
I’ve done this same type of setup with all my rules but when new mail arrives it just sits in the inbox and doesn’t re-direct to the folder’s specified in the rule.
