Rules in LN6.0.1 Client

I have two different scenario to query :-

  1. I have created 8 rules in one of the mailbox. Bascially it defines who is the sender and move the message to the appropriate folder I have created. The funny thing is that out of this 8 rules, only 3 of them works but not the rest of the 5.

  2. Another mailbox have no rules but I have created a new rules to basically if mails comes in with a specific subject, it send a copy to other receipient.

How do I resolve these inconsistency ? Why should I check ?

How did you create the Rule docs? You need to create them from scratch. If you created some of them by copying and pasting an existing rule and then editing them thinking you would save some time, I’ve seen that not work.

The rules are newly created. Not copied from previous rules. The second issue is a new rules, does not have any existing rules. Wondering why it does not work.

Is there any settings from the server that has any number of rules limit in a single server or can individually permit a user to configure rules?

Try an mark all docs read in the db and see if the rules doesn’t start working.
