Trying to find out if I can set up my email to always resquest receipt or do I have to do this on an individual bais? Any help thanks.

AFAIK, there is no option to default ‘return receipt’ to ‘always’.

If you have design access to your mail file, you can edit the ‘DelOptionSubform’ subform, and change the default to “1”.

If I make this chagne will it be accross all users or can I set up to an individual user?

If you change the design in the mail template, it will apply to all users, once the Design task has run (usually overnight) - you can check if Design is set to run by checking the Notes.INI on the server; look for a line similar to:

ServerTasksAt1=Catalog,Design

This line causes the Design and the Catalog task to run at 1:00 AM.

If you make the change on a single user’s mail file , then the change will affect that user only. Make sure to check 'Prohibit Design Refresh to Replace or Modify, otherwise when Design task runs, it will overwrite your change.
