Rules don't works . Why?

I create a rules but it doesn’t worked … the files arrive to the user

My rules is :

When any attachment name contains .pif AND any attachment name contains .scr AND any attachment name contains .bat AND any attachment name contains .COM don’t accept the message AND don’t accept the message AND don’t accept the message AND don’t accept the message

What is wrong ?

Shouldn’t you use “OR” instead of “AND” ?2. Is 1 action not enough ? Why 4 times the same action ?

My new rules is

to takes the modification immediatly for the server , Y I must type this command … isn’t it ?

Rules do not apply if a user POPs their mail from a pop3 server. Frustrating.
