One of my user has created a rule that
If Subject contains Apple then
Move the mail to folder Apple
but its not working and mails are coming into Inbox.
I have ran maintenance on mail-file, disabled, enabled, re-created rule but no luck. Other rules are also not working in mailfile.
Please suggest what else to try

One additional thing to try if you have not already done so is to re-order rules the. Move a rule up and down again. There was a bug awhile back where rule sequence number was wrong preventing it from running. This fixes the issue.
