Subject: Rule Deleted without Disabling
All mail rules are stored in the calendar profile document in fields named $FilterFormula_xx (or something like that).
If a rule gets deleted without being disabled, it remains in the calendar profile. If the user were to create a new mail rule and then disable and delete that mail rule, it should force the calendar profile to be re-synched and the problem should be fixed.
You can use Notespeek to verify this.
Also, we have added a utility to our Power Tools product (http://www.helpsoft.com) that will check for, report and correct this problem. Thge version that contains this utility should be available in the next week or so.

This rule was designed to forward email to a number of users but now user has forgotten the actual number of users who were specified in the rule.
So cant ask user to create, disable & delete the rule again.

I didn’t mean for the user to create the exact same rule. I meant create any new rule.
If I remember correctly, the process of creating a new rule forces the calendar profile to be re-synched. I’m pretty sure it will fix the problem.
