RTF and Attachments

I have a rich text field on a form mainly used for file attachments. Two different users have created documents using this form, both attaching files to this specific rich text field. One user’s file appeared correctly in the field, while the other’s file appeared down in the lower left hand corner under the gray bar.

I have a $V2AttachmentOptions CWC field which is set to “0”.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Subject: Perhaps you have Hide-When formulas in the RTF field?

You can for example check this with the NotesPeek tool

I had this problem in the past. I only created a new form with basically the sane fields and it worked.
