I have formatted field RT and I have to export this field to WORD document. I read that I can do it with DXL. Where can I find example or other links. Maybe some one do it and can help me. Tkans in advance.

for simple things this is the best approach.

From what I have heard, there is no DXL → Word translation that is good for much beyond fairly basic formatted text. For what it is worth, you may be better going with a commercial RT → Word product such as our Midas Rich Text LSX.
