Row hides by clicking check box

I have below code in the views column

This column I called on the form by using the with the dblookup formula.

Purpose of the above code is that when user clicks on the checkbox then that particular row hides and next time when again this form opens then again it hides that particular row.

Problem :- For that session it hides the row but when I open the form again it shows the same row. How could I made it hidden once it is checked.

Could anyone plz add on to above code.

You have to store the information somewhere, e.g. in a cookie, so that you will be able to use JavaScript to determine the initial state when you load the page. Or, you could use a URL to call an agent to change that document so that it no longer appears.

I have to say though, I think a UI where clicking a checkbox immediately performs a permanent action that can’t be undone, is a little on the unfriendly side.
