Router won't start

router won’t start. tried load router, tried bring domino down and back up. the router still won’t start. tried renaming mail.box. still nothing works. Somone help!

no error messages. i know SAN was added to the server. could this have anyting to do with it?

not sure if this matters but in the Server doc do you have Mail Routing chosen under Server Tasks? Perhaps resave the server doc, delete mail.box then restart the server again.

yes it chosen. mail.box was renamed and domino restared to create a new one

Are you running any 3rd Party anti-virus/anti-spam software? If yes the try uninstalling it and then retry the router.
