Router failure for one mailaccount

Hello all.

One of my Domino servers are acting very strange this week. For all but one user it delivers mail internally and externally. But for this one, unfortunate user, mail has’nt been working for three days. The router tells me that mail is being delivered - both ways, and outbound mail is infact being delivered. Inbound however, nothing reaches the users inbox.

Mail.box is checked - not cluttered with dead messages. No settings in the Inbound SMTP restrictions can explain it either.

I have searched the forum, but found nothing similar. Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution? Or, if the subject has been raised before in this Forum, can anyone send me a link to the solution.

Subject: Router failure for one mailaccount

Check if the incoming mail can be located in the “all documents” view. My guess is that the $inbox-folder is corrupt.

If so, refresh or change the design of the database.

Subject: Refresh did not solve the problem

Hi Alex, thanks for the response.

No new messages visible in the “All docs”-field. Tried the refresh-option anyway - unfortunately id did’nt solve the problem. It’s really a puzzle.

Any other tip’s?
