I get this message in the server log:
Router: notes.ini setting for MailClusterFailover being used (note - this option may now be configured in a Server Configuration document)
Where exactly is this option in the server doc? I do not need this service to be available.

In the configuration document on the Router/SMTP > Advanced > Controls tab. The field Cluster failover:
Additional Controls (Delivery and Transfer)
Restrict name lookups to primary directory only: Disabled
Cluster failover: Enabled for last hop only
Hold undeliverable mail: Disabled
The message is because you have the parameter MailClusterFailover in the notes.ini however, this is just an informational message. You can edit the notes.ini and remove the line to get rid of it.
