Rooms & Resources create mail error message - maximum number of loops

I have set these up on 5 servers but I am trying to create a resource database in 7. We can see the room when creating the calendar entry but always returns an error when you send the invitation - Maximum forwarding loop count exceeded. Message probably in a forwarding loop. Examine Forwarding Address of intended recipient in Domino Directory - in trying to find the resource database. I have gone through the settings over and over again - and have re-crfeated the database multiple times still no luck - any ideas would be welcome

Thanks for this but it doesn’t seem to be the problem - it is definitely a unique name but it does form the address strangely ie MeetingRoom/SITE@domain.net which I beleive is what is confusing it
