Rooms & Reservation upgrade

I have recentlly upgrade our server from 5.12 to 7.02 and did the following to migrate the rooms and reservations database

  • replicated the reservation database from the old server to the new one.

  • Changed the resource documents in the Domino Directory to point to the new server

  • Left the R5 temaplte cause users still use the 5 client and sometime create reservations directly in the db.

  • Turned on CAlconn Shed and the new RnR task

My problem is that when a user creates a meeting and books a room the entry does not seem to appear in the RR database.

The document count does increase but the docs are nowhere to be found.

I have deleted the clubusy.nsf and recreated it, did a shed validate and still it is not working?

DOes anyone have an idea of what is going on?

Any suggestions are welcome

Hi Karl

When you upgrade Rooms & Reservations you have to upgrade the RnR database with the new template.

Otherwise it will not work !

Resource Reservation databases based on 6.x or earlier design do not function properly on Domino 7.0 servers
