We had some problems with our R&R database and I reapplied the design template in order to fix them. Now no-one can make reservations using their Lotus Notes calendar and any made directly into the Resource Reservations database show with an hourglass which won’t go away. I have stopped and started the RnRMgr service, the Calconn service, restarted the server, reapplied the design template again and I’ve run out of options.
We are running 7.0.3FP1 on an iSeries platform, in case that makes a difference.
Do any errors appear in the Domino Console when attempting to make reservations either via a Notes Calendar or directly in the Rooms & Resources Database?
2 .Is the Rooms & Resources Database part of a Cluster?
Is the RnRMGr Job within the Subsystem running Domino consuming any CPU when you attempt to create a reservation?
Thanks for the reply, sorry I’ve been so long getting back to you. We have fixed it - the problem was a network issue affecting the cluster replication and causing problems.
