Rooms and Resources: Draft Icon when booking rooms from database

Hi,

sorry if this a dump question, but I don’t understand this process:

  • when making a reservation from my mail file/calendar, the reservation is entered into the resources database. no problem

  • when making a reservation for a room directly in the database, an “draft”-icon is added to the reservation. if a user makes a reservation for this room from mail/calendar, he can overbook this room.

so: what is this draft-icon and how can I remove it? or better: how can I make a reservation final when using the resources database.

The icon is not “draft”. It is a “pencil” icon, as seen on technote 1212547 :http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21212547

Only to indicate which booking were directly issued in the resource db (and not from someone’s calendar).

Though, I have exactly the same double booking pb as you do :o(

Subject: solved

My Resources db was on a cluster. Only one member of the cluster was upgraded to 851.

I leveled the cluster to 851, recreated the clubusy.nsf on both sides, and now it works again.
