HiI have upgraded our domino server from 7.0.2 ro 8.5 FP2. Now on boot I see these error msges in console.

I have upgraded our Rooms and Resources database template it is referring to to 8.5 template already.

This message in only displayed for mailfiles which are still using older ODS version after a server upgrade

Copy Style compatc need to be run in order to upgrade the ODS

Let me know if it works

Our R&R dB is ‘old’ :

and RnRMgr runs fine on it. There is NOTHING ODS specific in the R&R code that would cause those console messages.

Subject: Is the design current (and other ideas)?

When you upgraded your server, did you also replace the design on your R&R dB and make sure your 4 “system” Agents are still enabled?

are due to a room profile in your dB that is missing a $BusyName item and is not for any room. You can safely ignore them unless you want to clean out the bad doc to totally stop the message.

Is your R&R set up in a cluster or a standalone server?

Check your busytime dB. Do you see only 1 record for every name? (If not then you may find rebuilding it per the TechNote necessary).

If you can take a peek at one of the notes (using NotesPeek or your favorite tool) then try resaving that room profile w/o making any changes and see if that clears up the “Item not found message”. I do not recall any changes that would require any items (and the code should default to the old behavior if an item was newly added to the schema)
