Hi!
We upgrade from 7.0.3 to 8.5.1. Rooms and Resources database has the new design.
11.07.2010 13:58:46 SchedMgr: Error processing calendar profile document (NoteID: NT0000BCAE) in database resrc.nsf: Can’t find $BusyName field on profile
Any ideas?
Subject: Find the document using Admin client
You can find the document that’s causing the error by going to the Files tab in the Admin client, selecting the database, expanding Database menu under Tools on the right, and clicking on Find Note…
Paste the Note ID in the Search field and click on the Find button. In the Document Details and Properties section it should show you if the $Busyname field is their. If not, you may be able to put it there with a formula agent.
Subject: RnRMgr too? Some input for you
If this is an R&R dB then your RnRMgr task should also be spitting out the same warning. If not then you either you are not running RnRMgr on the server or you are not seeing it in the logs.
There have been reports of this happening especially with older R&R dBs. Fortunately this is not fatal and has no effect on your normal R&R request processing.
Use NotesPeek or your favorite tool (or Tony’s suggestion) to take a gander at the offending Calendar Profile. Make sure that it is indeed a Calendar Profile with no $BusyName item on it and that there is no value set for ResourceName either (as an added check only really).
If it is not a Calendar Profile doc (the $Name or the Form value does not indicate this) then I recommend you contact support to have them take a closer look at it (and why it is being misidentified as a Calendar Profile doc).
If you can confirm it is just a runt Calendar Profile doc (no real room / resource settings) then you can proceed to remove it.
If you like a tidy server and want to clean this up, you can use the info in TechNote 1088892 (here) to clean it out.
