I have a user who has creating a meeting and when you look at the view By Resource, you see his meeting created. However, a meeting can still be created using the same date/time as his scheduled meeting. Its like the Room is allowing multiple meetings to be scheduled at same time.

Please help if you have experienced this before or have any ideas.

Try a “Tell sched validate” on the server console and look at your log for errors.
