I am setting up a room reservation database that will be available to only a small group of users. The rooms appear in the address lookup when typing a memo even for users who are not in the ACL for the database. Is there a way to hide the rooms from users who will not be able to book them?

Can’t you just change the read access on those resource documents in the reservations database?

I did that. Only those users authorized to book a room are listed as being able to read the document. However, if I start a new memo and click on the TO: to go to the address book other users still see the rooms listed.

You might need to do the same to the resource docs in the public address book
