We have several conference rooms that my users prefer to reserve the old fashioned way, which is by using an erasable marker pad mounted at the door to the room.
Is there a solution to have a TabletPC or touchscreen (or something else?) mounted by the door that would show the room reservations electronically from Notes and could be edited there by all users?
Folks make a lot of reservations on the fly here and upper management find using modern tools a bit daunting at times, so I need to make things easy and convenient for everyone.
