Room Reservation database

Hello,It doesnt seem possible to reserve a room in our Rooms Reservation database when you raise a meeting request in a personal calendar. The option to select a room is there but it doesnt connect and create an entry to the Room Reservation database.

What can be the reason?

try to delete busytime.nsf → restart serverCheck acl settings or resource settings.
