We have had resource.nsf running well for years. Some rooms are setup so that only select people may book them…that’s also been working well.
Scenario:
User creates meeting in their calendar and selects Room X and chooses ‘save and send invitations’–They are not in the list of users allowed to book this room.
Email is received with the ‘thumbs down’ …subject says “insufficient access”
So far so good…BUT,
If I open resource.nsf, the room is NOT booked (good news)…but…the meeting invitation still says that Room X is booked for the meeting. If the user runs the ‘scheduler’ in the calendar entry, the room shows as available. If the user uses the ‘Find Room’ button, the room comes up as available.
So, we have users who think they have a room booked…even though they received the rejection email, their calendar entry says the room is theirs.
Anyone seen this before? I’m hoping it’s a 6.5.2 client bug.
