Is there a way to stop a room being booked after a certain date? We have rooms booked up to three months in advance and we are about to change the layout of the office therefore after a certain date (when the work starts) we don’t want users to be able to book rooms. However the documents will have to remain until the day before the work starts.

I’m not sure that there is a ‘system’ way of doing this, but you could just book the rooms in question on a repeating basis for however long the reno is to go on.

Suppose it would work. We have that facility turned off to stop people block booking. May setup a quick copy with it turned on and the just paste them in.

If it’s not possible to upgrade, I’m not sure how to do it.
