I just wanted to check a very basic entry in Lotus notes calender options,Is there is some way while scheduling a meeting that only free rooms can be displayed on that time slot.Like if the user is scheduling a meeting on 10 dec 2005 he will select the room from the reservation.here is it possible to display the only free rooms or dispay the status(Available,unavailable)with the name of the room.
