Room and Resources for Specific Users

I have Room and Resources set up on my network, which works fine.

Currently I have one site and one resource (a room), however, I’d like this site and resource to only be visible to a certain group of people. The room is currently set for owner only, so that the given owner has to approve any booking made, however I don’t see any options to limit who can see it, only who can book it.

Is this possible?

Hide the documents of that room in the NAB and in the Reservation db (5th tab of the document properties)

The rooms are actually listed in the Domino Directory - if you’re going to hide them, you have to hide them there. There is no native RnR function to do this. And unless you also have room restrictions (like adding “Only Owner can Book”), anyone who knows the name of the room can reserve it from their calendar, just by typing in the name of the room and pressing ‘send’. So , its a 2 step process: Hide the doc, as suggested by JYR, then add ownership restrictions.

PS - We (IBM) really don’t support hiding the documents, but I understand that it works.
