We are running Domino Web Access on the iSeries and have set up a Resource/Reservation database using the RESRC7.NTF template.
We have set up the site and a few resources. We have some resources where we have set with Owner Restriction of “Owner Only” and selected the person who is the owner. We have given this person “Editor” access in the ACL.
Now when someone else creates a meeting and selects this resource, the Owner gets an e-mail that says “Please process the reservation” and a link to the resource. The resource opens up and says “Waiting for Owner Approval” . Up to this point I believe everything is working fine. The problem is there is no button for the Owner to approve or decline. There is just a “Close” button and that’s it.
I believe everything is set up OK and the ACL is correct for the Owner with Editor Access.
