RoamingServerHasPolicy=0 means?

Not that this is causing a problem, we want to know exactly what does the line:

RoamingServerHasPolicy=0

do in the client NOTES.INI file? Cannot find any definition anywhere for this setting. We would like to know because we are about to implement roaming for over 4000 users and would hope to do it correctly from the start, in case this setting could effect that.

RoamingServerHasPolicy notes.ini setting is only used internally and should not be changed. Value of 1 means that roaming policy for the specific user has been found on the server and value of 0 means that there is no roaming policy assigned to the user. This setting is used during roaming downgrade.
