I have a rare case regarding a roaming user. We are using roaming on Notes 8 standard clients and it works fine. But sometimes the roaming process stops and I have to re-enable the roaming. When downgrading the user there seems to be something stuck in his person document. Because the hourglas-icon is gone, but when I try to enable roaming on the user I get an error saying it is in the process of downgrading to non-roaming user.
Anybody have any idea what is going on?
