My client wants his notebook notes to be installed for roaming (when he’s at the office). Does that work, is it possible? Will “island” settings still work correctly?
Has anybody experience with this?

Roaming has to do with letting a user go to different workstations and use thier account without prior setup on that workstation. A notebook user doesn’t need roaming because they’re always using the same computer. All this user probably needs are local replicas of mail file and applications – and a dock for the notebook when in the office.
