Roaming User - Cleaning Up

Wondered if someone could help.

We have a large number of roaming Notes users, who have access to a remote shared PC which allows them to sign in as themselves and use Notes as themselves when they are out of the office.

All users are set to “Clear up at Notes shutdown”. This works fine indeed the user closes Notes, and then waits a few seconds before logging off.

Sadly some of the more lazy users don’t close Notes and just disconnect from the PC, which then logs itself off a few minutes later, which instead of closing Notes properly, just ends the task.

This means that the next person to log on gets the last users Notes setup.

So, I was wondering if anyone knew what files Notes either edited or deleted on shut down, to clear out the previous users sesssion. I want to write a logon script to ensure that this is done regardless of how Notes was shut down

Thanks

Update

Actually, after doing some more digging it would seem that we only have one user who has something wrong with their roaming setup, which seems to be interfering with the rest.

However, for those interested, the files are stored in c:\documents and settings<username>\LocalSettings\Application Data\Lotus

Are you using the multi user notes client? In multi user notes client, every user will have a separate set of notes data folder and you donot need to cleanup unless there is a disk space issue.
