Roaming macintosh user

Does anyone have any experience of making a roaming user out of someone who uses a macintosh? My user is usually working from a mac but now, will be using both macs and pc.I changed 2 users to roaming at the same time - one a pc user and one a mac user. The pc user has become roaming whilst the mac one is stuck with its hourglass icon in the NAB. ( as opposed to the world icon)

Now… I am thinking it s probably a matter of the path of the names.nsf on the mac, NOT being in the path C:\Lotus\Notes\Data

I was thinking of setting him up on a pc and getting him to become roaming but that doesnt fix the matter of when he uses a mac. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Roaming upgrade on the mac should work fine. To find out where the user is stuck I need more info. Did the user on the mac ever get prompted to upgrade to roaming? Does his location doc on the mac specify a home server of 6.01 or greater? If he did get prompted, check the admin4 database and see if the admin requests for that user to be upgraded are there and if they have been acted upon.
