We have people who not only have access to their “personal” Notes Account, but also to a non-person (generic) account (such as a Help account). These people need to be set up as roaming users. We would like to be able to also give them access to their other accounts, if possible. We can’t make the generic accounts roaming, because several different people will have access to the account and for security purposes, we do not share passwords.
We have thought that putting the ID files needed into the journal for the roaming users would work. However, I’d like to know if there might be a better way, or if we can “automatically” store the ID’s in the journal before replication to the server.
