RnRMgr and Resource reservations

I was wondering if anyone can clarify for me the RnRMgr task that is new in R7.

It is my understanding that the RnRMgr task only needs to run on the server where the resource reservations database is located.

Calconn and SchedMgr still need to run on the servers where the users mail databases are located?

I’m slightly confused about this and I haven’t found where IBM has really explained this well.
