Hello all
I have problem with user rights and domino. I have a colleague who should have rights to register users and add/delete from different usergroups. He shouldn’t be able to change any other settings in our environment. We are using CA process.
I made a group and added this group to Domino address book with editor rights, delete documents and added group modifier, policy reader, user modifier and user Creator roles. I added him to CA admins and he has rights to create databases on the server we use for our mail databases.
He can open the user registration window and everything is ok, he won’t be asked for certifier password and every setting is ok, but when he hits the register button he gets Error Person failed registration or incompletely registered, see notes log… and on the register person window there is a line FAILED: You are not authorized to perform that operation. On the users log, there is:

Nothing comes to server log. Does anyone know the answers, where should I give access??
