Rightfax with Notes 6.0 in Windows XP

I am using Domino 6.0 & RighFax 8.5 and users are in Windows 2000. Recently I am upgrading workstations to XP. So strange that when running in Windows XP RightFax works fine in every applications like Word & Excel etc but not in Notes client. Anyone can help?

What exactly are you trying to do with the notes client with regards to rightfax? are you trying to print to the rightfax driver? when you say “rightfax,” do you mean the faxutil program that comes with it? we use rightfax, but in the “zero mail integration” mode, so you just attach your files to a memo and send it out to person@number@rfax, where rfax is our rightfax domain. I would check under the rightfax icon in your system tray and make sure the rightfax server name is configured correctly.
