Does somebody know where this is coming from ?The right-click of the 8.02 template from the 8.5 client is horrible.
I have spent hours customizing the 8.02 template and I do not want to redo it all again. I would rather keep customizing my 8.02 to bring a clean right-click.

Can you include a copy of your customized template and a bitmap of what you are seeing?
Please also confirm that you are using your customized 8.0.2 template in 8.5 client.

I think I can help you out here. Following these steps should resolve you issues:
In Designer, turn off this option for context menus:
Now you need to add the icons for the individual actions:
This should result in something like the following:
It might be faster if you copy over the design elements you desire from the 8.5 mail template, as these already have the icons associated with the actions.
