Hello.I have developed a database that allows users to create documents in a database that they can navigate on the web i.e. ‘start’, ‘previous’, ‘next’ and ‘end’ (<< < > >>). The purpose of this application is to allow users to create a manual allowing for Chapter and pages as well as TOC and an index. All thgis is working fine and on the web the users are able to navigate successfully.
I have now been asked if it is possible to provide the functionality to be able to print all the documents in the manual.
At this time the only way I can see this being done is to be able to create a document that has all the information of the manuals documents and then having the users print that document only. Is this a good idea? Is it doable? If it is doable, how can I get all the information in the manuals documents, which are rich text fields, into the rich text field of the document that will be printed?
Any ideas suggestiosn would be appreciated.
