The application has one form which has around 15 rich text fields. And when thedocumetns has arrachments in all the fields ,then when user triws to save…
user is prompted that Can’t be saved. Delete some files.
What could be the reason?

The only message that contains the words “delete some files” says:
“You have insufficient disk space to save “some name”. Delete some files and try again.”
If that is the message you’re seeing, it sounds like you’re short of disk space on whatever machine is trying to save the document (the server, if this is a web app, or the user’s workstation if it is a Notes client app). Delete some files and try again.
