Can it possible that we put restrict to edit action on rich text field Actually requirement is such that I want to put restrict to edit after save document which contain rich text field without using section & hidden formula.

I would probably do it with a controlled access section, which you can hide the header of so it doesn’t look like a section.
However, you don’t want that, it seems. You could create two subforms with the field on it, one editable and one computed, and use a computed subform formula to include one depending on @IsNewDoc.

There is a clever way to do this that Rocky Oliver came up with. I described it in Rocky’s workaround. Make sure to read all the way down to his workaround, but there are also comments which might be useful.
