To revoke certificate, database in icl\ folder is used. There is view Issued Certificates\By Subject Name. Administrator opens certificate and pressed button Revoke Certificate. This action submits Revocation Request to admin4.nsf database in Certificate Authority Requests\Revocation Requests view.
Then Administrator should open request and approve it. But buttons in the form Revocation Request are formula based and are completely empty. Thus pressing those buttons do nothing. Thus revoking certificate never works.
