During our initial setup of Notes 6 we set a policy that all users were registered with a password change policy of 30 days and 10 history records. There are now certain users that we wish to revise this and disbable them having to change their password every 30 days. Just changing there records in the NAB doesn’t seem to work as presumably this is contained in the ID. How can we “turn off” forced password changing for certain users?
Subject: Reverse forcing password change
It will only be forced one more time – the id gets the time interval when the password change is done. Since the old policy was in place when the password was last changed, the id is only aware of the old Person document settings. If any of these ids were to have their password changed now (and logged into the server) they would get the new settings.
