they are using ms outlook and the options are set to ask for every receipt to send

Is the problem that they are using MS Outlook? hehe
I mean, I don’t see a question in your post. Is it that the receipts don’t get returned? or that they get returned when it hits their server? or that they get returned at the wrong time?
