Hello,
Some users who uses LN 8.0.1 have a problem when replying to a mail.
When they want to check the return receipt checkbox, it is not working. They have to check and uncheck the “High importance” checkbox first before the return receipt checkbox can be checked.
Any idea what’s going on and how I can resolve this?

I am not able to reproduce your problem. Can you tell us more about the user’s mail application:

What type of access to they have? (Manager, editor, etc)

Are they working on a local copy or server?

Under File / Application / Properties, fourth tab, can you tell us the date of the template?

Does this happen 100% of the time, or intermittently?

Subject: have not been able to reproduce your problem
Using R6 iNotes template on an R8.01 server, opened inbox and selected an email. Clicked Reply - Reply With History. Return Receipt checkbox is available to check/uncheck. All of the options under the Reply button worked as above. Also tried opening the email first and clicking the Reply actions. Correct behavior occurred every time.
Is there any additional information you can provide that will help to reproduce this problem?
