Hello, one of our users forgot his password and asked us for a way to use his mail database again.When we create a new user we usually keep stored a copy of his id file with a standard password so we can solve this kind of problems, but we don’t find that user id file, probably because it was created long time ago.
How can i generate a new id for that person with a new password?

maybe you still have a copy of the id file in your administrator’s mailbox!?

Do you have ID recovery enabled? You should be able to use your Admin Client to recover the pwd. It’s on the Configuration tab.
