I have an agent (run on schedule) which retrieves documents from the mail file of other users (their calendar entries). I made the server the signer of the agent. However, the agent cannot get any document. when i run the agent manually, it retrieves my calendar entries only. What should I do to get the calendar entries of other users?

What have you got listed in the ACL of the mail databases you can not access? Is the server listed with the ability to read public documents?

thanks for the reply mike,the server has manager access witht these databases, but still it cannot see the documents.
