Hi all, is it possible to export an email, from my Inbox, to an HTML or RTF file…and retain the links for the sites?
I saw the tool that Ben created, but there has to be another method - hopefully?
Thanks in advance!!

Hi Chris, thanks for the quick response - but I don’t think that this will work for my company :>(( I also read through your link…very intuitive! I am not an advocate of Outlook by any means…however, this is a extremely useful feature within it.
My company receives emails which could contain 100s of links. Within Outlook, we were able to Save As - title the file test.html - Open Windows explorer - Right click and convert the file to a PDF. That PDF would be added to our website as a bullentin. Through all of this, the format and links would be retained.
By using the method which you proposed…there would be no retention of the original email formatting…and quite a bit of header info will be added.
I know that you asked why is it that someone would want to do this…but we have a very pressing business process, that relies on these emails being posted as bulletins. Is there any way that we can make this happen in Notes?
Thanks in advance!!

Not true. Original format is preserved with complete fidelity (including S/MIME signature if such exists).
"and quite a bit of header info will be added. "
True, but what will you do next? If you open the .eml file in Outlook, you can presumably do the same as before (saving as PDF). No header information would be saved that way. Also, saving the file as something.mht, while preserving the header information, effectively hides it and you only see message content. Try it.
