Ok we have a group in our company NAB that is all employees. Is there a way to restrict access to using this group or does anyone make a 3rd party product that has an approval process.
We are starting to see some abuse and want to know if there is a way to reduce possible future risks.

Hi Rich,
Right Click the Group - Go to the 5th tab “Security” - Uncheck - “Who can read this document” and specify the members who needs to send mail.
